At Javelot, we also place great importance on ideas coming from our own teams.
During our last company seminar, we launched an internal business game: teams were challenged to imagine one of Javelot’s next innovative solutions, in a true intrapreneurial spirit.
Two teams tied for first place. Their prize: a visit to Hectar Campus, a place where agriculture, innovation, and entrepreneurship come together — which naturally resonates with what we do at Javelot.

welcome on campus and introduction to the Hectar project, created in 2021 by Xavier Niel in partnership with HEC Paris to accelerate the agricultural transition and train a new generation of entrepreneurs
tour of the farm and discovery of initiatives around agroecology, soil management, and new agricultural practices
visit to the campus dairy farm, designed as a model for modern and sustainable livestock farming
and to wrap up the visit, a shared lunch on campus
A great way to extend the spirit of the business game, spark new ideas, and keep innovation moving forward.
